Purpose and scope

This agreement applies to the SecondBrain website, prompt tools, and Chrome extension. It explains the practical working relationship behind the service. The Terms & Conditions set the legal rules for use, and the Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Our operating commitments

We aim to operate SecondBrain with care and clear communication. That includes maintaining reasonable safeguards, monitoring service reliability, addressing material issues responsibly, and improving compatibility with supported workflows where practical.

When we make material changes to the service or these documents, we will update the relevant page and provide additional notice when required.

Your role in using the service

You remain in control of the prompts and decisions you make. Please use SecondBrain lawfully, protect access to your devices and accounts, review AI-assisted output before using it, and avoid submitting material that you are not permitted to share.

Working with independent chatbot services

SecondBrain can help you work with chatbot websites that you choose to use. Those websites are independent services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to the accounts and conversations you have with them. The key provider links are listed in our Terms & Conditions.

Reliable service, realistic expectations

We work to provide a reliable experience, but software, networks, browsers, and third-party services can change. Features may occasionally be unavailable, or a supported integration may need an update. We may make reasonable changes, pause a feature, or adjust a service limit to protect the service, improve it, or meet operational or legal requirements.
